Making waves at PFM since November 2021

What’s your day-to-day all about, at PFM?

I started PFM Intelligence as part of an agency with no experience or even a clue about footfall, I offered my passion for Excel and enthusiasm to learning more and taken on any challenges, this was enough to be enrolled as a Data Manager, who are responsible for monitoring footfall data on a daily basis, validating the devices and frequent query solving from customers on their systems on site.

I have recently been promoted to Customer Success Executive which has the same responsibility but for key clients and focusing more on the service we provide for our clients and how to maintain a prominent reputation.

What makes PFM a great place to work in your book?

PFM is driven to assisting clients be their best with the support from our provided data. This motivates me to work my best each day to preserve or even help improve the company’s health in business.

What’s the main thing you’re currently working on?

The main thing I am currently working on is validating the British Land portfolio. Ensuring our cameras are working up to their standards we like to do regular check-ins by doing validations.
