We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager — an outgoing, professional individual with a genuine passion for people, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn data insights into meaningful results. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for our German clients, ensuring they gain real value from our solutions while identifying opportunities for further growth.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and grow long-term client relationships in Germany.

  • Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Conduct structured reviews and present actionable insights.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and natural rapport with clients.

  • Professional communication in German and English.

  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to influence outcomes.

  • A proactive, empathetic, and client-focused approach.

Salary

  • €40,000–€50,000 + commission
