About the job
We’re looking for an outgoing, confident, and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our German team. You’ll take the lead in building new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales success.

Your key responsibilities
Identify, approach, and win new clients across Germany.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Present tailored proposals that show the value of PFM’s intelligence solutions.
Manage your pipeline effectively and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What you'll bring
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in data, analytics, or SaaS.
A confident, professional, and outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
A passion for achieving results and building lasting relationships.
Salary
€40,000–€50,000 + commission
