About PFM

PFM Intelligence Group helps organisations make smarter decisions by turning complex movement data into clear, actionable insight. Using innovative technology and advanced analytics, we support clients across retail, transport and public spaces to better understand how people use places and how those places can work better for everyone.

We’re an international business with a strong European footprint and a collaborative, down to earth culture. Our teams work across borders and disciplines, combining technical expertise with real world understanding to deliver practical, high quality solutions.

At PFM, we value curiosity, ownership and teamwork. We’re growing, evolving and investing in our people and we’re always looking for individuals who want to make a meaningful contribution while developing their own skills and career.

About the role

PFM Intelligence is growing fast across Europe, and Spain is one of our key strategic markets. We work with organisations across retail, shopping centres, QSR, mobility and public spaces and help them turn data into better decisions.

To unlock this potential, we’re not looking for a traditional salesperson or a classic customer success manager.

We’re looking for a Commercial Hero.

Someone who can open doors, close deals, grow accounts, build trust and turn data into long term value.

Your mission

You’ll build and grow PFM’s Spanish business end-to-end:

  • From first conversation → signed deal

  •  From onboarding → value realisation

  • From first insight → long-term partnership

You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, data, insights and customer success, acting as the single commercial face of PFM in Spain.

What you'll do

Grow the Spanish market

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Spain

  • Lead consultative, value based sales conversations focused on outcomes, not hardware

  • Build a strong commercial pipeline and close deals that drive ARR growth

Own and grow customer relationships

  • Be the primary commercial contact for Spanish customers

  • Ensure clients understand, trust and actively use PFM insights

  • Spot opportunities to expand, upsell and deepen partnerships

Turn data into action

  • Help customers move from “nice data” to real decisions

  • Translate insights into clear, commercial stories

  • Support decisions on performance, staffing, locations and forecasting

Represent PFM in Spain

  • Be the Spanish voice of PFM in the market

  • Attend client meetings, industry events and partner conversations

  • Work with marketing on local cases and market-specific messaging

What makes you successful

You’re commercially sharp, relationship-driven and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers. You’re curious about data and behaviour, structured in how you work, and you take ownership from start to finish.

You’ll bring:

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development or key account roles

  • Experience with complex, value-based sales

  • A track record of long-term customer ownership

  • Professional-level Spanish and English

What you'll get
  • A high-impact role with real ownership and visibility

  • The chance to build Spain as a key PFM growth market

  • Strong international backing, insights teams and data platform

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives

  • Freedom, trust and responsibility – no micromanagement

Why join PFM?

PFM Intelligence is not a hardware company. We are a data intelligence partner. We help organisations understand human behaviour in physical space and turn that understanding into better commercial and operational decisions. Our insights support retailers, real estate owners, QSR operators, mobility providers and public organisations across Europe.

What sets PFM apart is how we work.

We believe:

  • Data only matters if it leads to action

  • Partnerships outperform transactions

  • Commercial success comes from trust, insight and execution

At PFM, you’ll find:

  • An international, growing organisation with local ownership

  • High-impact roles with real responsibility and visibility

  • Strong collaboration between commercial, insights, product and operations teams

  • Freedom to shape markets, relationships and outcomes without micromanagement
