About the Role
This is not a traditional support-style Customer Success role. As Customer Success Manager for Germany, you will:
Own a portfolio of key customers
Ensure they achieve measurable value from our solutions
Drive renewals and expansion
Represent PFM in the German market
Identify and convert new business opportunities
You will combine strategic relationship management with commercial drive.
What you’ll be doing
Own Customer Outcomes
Build long-term partnerships with operational and senior stakeholders
Develop clear success plans with measurable goals
Lead structured business reviews
Translate data into practical commercial recommendations
Drive Retention & Expansion
Manage renewals and prevent churn
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Lead value-led commercial conversations
Contribute to revenue growth within existing accounts
Generate New Business
Attend trade shows, conferences and industry events
Identify and engage potential new customers
Follow up proactively on leads
Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
You will be comfortable initiating conversations and opening doors.
Who we’re looking for
3–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or consulting
Experience working with B2B recurring revenue models
Strong commercial instinct and negotiation confidence
Ability to turn data into strategic business discussions
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Fluent German and English
