About the Role

This is not a traditional support-style Customer Success role. As Customer Success Manager for Germany, you will:

  • Own a portfolio of key customers

  • Ensure they achieve measurable value from our solutions

  • Drive renewals and expansion

  • Represent PFM in the German market

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

  • You will combine strategic relationship management with commercial drive.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own Customer Outcomes

  • Build long-term partnerships with operational and senior stakeholders

  • Develop clear success plans with measurable goals

  • Lead structured business reviews

  • Translate data into practical commercial recommendations

  • Drive Retention & Expansion

  • Manage renewals and prevent churn

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Lead value-led commercial conversations

  • Contribute to revenue growth within existing accounts

  • Generate New Business

  • Attend trade shows, conferences and industry events

  • Identify and engage potential new customers

  • Follow up proactively on leads

  • Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

  • You will be comfortable initiating conversations and opening doors.

Who we’re looking for

  • 3–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or consulting

  • Experience working with B2B recurring revenue models

  • Strong commercial instinct and negotiation confidence

  • Ability to turn data into strategic business discussions

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

  • Fluent German and English
